Our Board of Directors
Mrs. Hofmann is an accomplished finance and compliance leader with over 18 years of energy experience. She currently works for Equinor’s Operations Technology Excellence group and is responsible for ensuring the development and improvement of processes over governance, requirements and compliance to support domestic US onshore and U.S. offshore operations.
Hofmann leads the Blockchain digitalization strategy for Equinor and is the founder and visionary behind the Oil & Gas Blockchain Forum & the OOC Blockchain Consortium.
Mr. Franke is a member of the ConocoPhillips office of the Global CIO, where he has served in an IT Strategy and Innovation role since 2012.
He supports the Global IT Leadership team in setting the organization’s strategic agenda and acts as an internal consultant on emerging IT technologies that can enable innovation and digital transformation company wide. He is a member of a cross-functional leadership team focused on advancing the company’s Blockchain-related efforts and represents IT on a company-wide Emerging Technology Council.
Mr. Ebest is a technology architect with ExxonMobil focused on bringing innovative solutions to the organization.
Over the last 20 years, Ebest has held many roles within ExxonMobil’s IT organization supporting both large scale projects and on-going system support with a strong emphasis on SAP. Ken’s current focus is research into blockchain technology and how it may be applied within industry to improve current processes as well as enable new business opportunities.
Pioneer Natural Resources
Mrs. Gajula is an established leader with 18 years of upstream Oil and Gas IT experience. She currently leads the Enterprise Architecture and Emerging Technologies organization at Pioneer Natural Resources. Her passion for finding new ways to implement technology is a clear driving force for digital transformation at Pioneer.
Gajula is a strong advocate of converting innovative ideas to viable solutions that simplify complex enterprise processes with use of relevant technologies and trends.
Mrs. Avalos focuses on blockchain and experimentation with innovative technologies. As a Director at Repsol she is specialized in bringing about innovation in the workplace through digital transformation.
For the last decade, Mrs. Avalos has worked in the Repsol financial department optimizing and transforming financial processes and systems.
Her current focus is on improving Repsol's business areas by exploring and testing the potential of blockchain and other emerging technologies such as drones, 3D printing, virtual reality, biometrics among other technologies in the emerging technology spectrum.
Mrs. Clement first joined Texaco Downstream, in 1997 supporting lubricants operations and retail activities, including assignments in several regions of Venezuela and an international assignment supporting Central America and Andean Region.
In 2005 she was transferred to the U.S. and has served in a variety of technical and commercial leadership roles in areas including: LNG Re-Gasification commercialization, On-shore Production Operations Engineering, Process Safety and Performance Improvement through Lean Sigma.
Clement currently focuses on leading process enhancements in corporate Supply Chain Management department.
Mr. Roberts is a Director at Hess Corporation currently responsible for the Supply Chain Center of Excellence, focused on driving efficiency and effectiveness throughout the function. He has over 20 years of O&G Supply Chain Management experience. Prior to joining Hess, Mr. Roberts worked at Arthur Andersen and BearingPoint Consulting leading supply chain related engagement within the Oil & Gas industry.
